In an effort to help us stay on time and minimize your waiting time, we have adopted the following office policies:
- Presenting late for any appointment by 15 minutes or more may necessitate rescheduling your appointment. Call us if you’re running late. We can assess at that time whether you may need to reschedule.
- Please let us know in advance if you'd like more than one child to be seen. Adding a sibling at check-in can cause delays, so we ask that you request appointments for multiple children when you first call. This helps us stay on schedule for all patients.
- Walk-ins are discouraged. Please call ahead before coming in. If you arrive without calling, we may not be able to see your child right away. To be fair to other scheduled patients, you may be asked to come back later or the next day—unless it’s a life-threatening emergency.
- Absolutely no Walk-ins will be accepted during the last hour of work any day of the week.
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give 24 hours’ notice. That way we will be able to give that time to another patient that needs it.
We will do our best to keep you waiting as little as possible, but occasionally an emergency or complicated problem can cause delays.
